LOSING ONE but GAINING ANOTHER

its hard to compare a boyfriend from a super close girlfriend... somehow, the way u treat both parties are starkly different and the way u behave in front both of them will definitely differ.. things have changed and i must learn to accept them, live with them and be a happier person. Yes, i no longer can be so dependent and i realised ive been keeping more secrets to myself lately. often wondered if this was a sign of some problem but maybe im thinking too much. yet, btw us, words communicated get fewer and less sincere... everything seems to be reducing in intensity. im really reminding myself constantly to "keep holding on" but i also ask myself "why should i". aint i contradictory? alrights. put this matter aside for now cos im really happy to be out with my darling saleena today!

first, must apologise to her for being soo late!! cos we supposed to meet at 2pm at bugis mrt but then i reached at 24opm!!! so i decided that i should treat her to a drink then we went for a KFC meal since i was rather famished! after that, walked into popular to look-see and we found rather amusing stuff!! like those erasers we used in pri sch and those markers.. cool, didnt know after 10years, the kids now still use them. LOL. walked to bugis village thereafter for our MEGA SHOPPING but it didnt turn out really MEGA cos there were tons of pple there and it was freaking hot! so instead, we just walked upstairs! i bought this on-sale kawaii top for 10bucks! wahahha so happy with my purchase! LOL.. then... we made a huge loop from the end of bugis village back to BHG.. gOodness.. my legs... were almost screaming and i badly needed an osim chair... sal wanted ice cream but we walked pass Mac alr so she didnt wanna walk bacK cos her feet were like blistering too with the pointies. poor feet.

then after that, went back to the foodie place to have some snacks cos walking around to shop made us hungry again! bought the and sal treated me to that and ice milo!! made me even more guilty cos i was late yet she treat me back. Zz. so in the end we sat at KFC again and makan-ed our tea.. LOL.. then we went to play arcade!!! super fun!!! first we tried the ghost buster thing..wow!! sooo exciting.. and that i think is the only game in the arcade im pro at. Zz.. went to play until my arms ached cos it was pretty much some arm action thingy to kill the bad ghosts. ok, sounds childish and we were really childish cos we really screamed like mad.. GOODNESS.. then went to play the drummer game! hahahah!! we were so wrong so choose "easy" cos... it was really.. CHICKEN FEAT... like... Zz.. plus we really hit high score!!!! but guess wad.. the tune we chose was... some kiddy songs.. like london bridge is falling down.. so the tempo we kinda know it even when we're sleep walking! haha.. ooo after that went for some shooting game.. wa. i know im lousy so i TKO even before passing stage1. LOl. poor me.. and my TOKENS!!! haha.. played others but cos i was really.. so so tired, i kinda didnt concentrate well!!! LOL okie.. u can call me slow man.. cos arcade gaming this sorta thing.. i admit.. im WOLS.

wow.. time passed really fast and we went for dinner after that! ate at SWENSONS! yummy! then headed back home after sal bought dinner for her bro and sis! wad a sweet sis she is!!! i wan sal to be my sis!! my twin la.. LOL.. evil twin! haha may her internet connection recover soon so i can chat with her online... haha. alright. im sooooo tired. like totally. flops. so nights peeps!

SOME THINGS CANNOT BE FORGOTTEN

we are really drifting so far apart that now, u seem like a stranger to me. everything seems to be transient. the kind of bond we use to have, the way we talk to each other, and everything.. seems to cease. like a clock that is stopped. i wish i could really turn back the time. i miss the days where we can talk about anything under the sun, and i miss everything about you... the feeling is really really painful cos.. maybe to u, im not as important anymore... u told me promises were nt forgotten, just misplaced. u said, u will stand by me.. but all this while, where are you? have u forgotten all these?

2007 has been a rather turbulent year for me.. with studies or realtionship wise... pretty much tiring yet it has been quite a happy year because some issues that i didnt expect to handle well turned out pretty smooth and good so i guess i must really thank GOD, my family and frens who have supported me in one way or another so here's msg to my dearest best best buddies!

yup, that's almost all my gd frens i wanna thank! still have many more so thanks to the rest not mentioned!!!
looking back, one year just passed really fast... still rmb talking to wilson about how scary A levels gg to be.. and that 1 mth of torture cos of A's exams... really.. in the blink of an eye, its OVER! all the stress is reduced to ZERO and i am free! that feeling really rocks! everyday u wake up at your own time, need not think abt how to finish sch hw or drag yourself to tutorials, just live ur life at your own slow pace! its just great altho i must admit its getting so boring... that's why im actively finding a part time job!

as for this year 2008, i told myself im going to live it at my own pace, enjoy life b4 uni starts and the rushing comes back... so i hope i can really attain a balance between enjoying life and working/learning smthg new! hahah actually quite amazed at myself cos indeed.. its only the start of 2008 but so far.. ive signed up for driving lessons, korean lessons and yoga classes! seems like life is gg to be rather fulfilling now! and i cant wait for my hk trip with jx and austria/prague trip come june! so many things to look forward to in 2008 actually.. really hope this year would bring me more joy and fulfilment!

Countdown @ Esplanade! plus TON-ing!

met up with jx 6pm at city hall mrt first and she msg me sayin there were tons of people there alr and indeed when i reach i got a shock of my life cos the place is kinda packed! and i saw 1 pri sch classmate his name is clarence i think... wow. last time was plump plump one now.. sooo tall and fit! LOl. people change yea?? hahah then i called wilson cos supposed to collect his pressie from me but he didnt pick!! LOl then at around 630pm or so.. finally saw him! gosh. he looked super SHUAI!!! and.. yar.. in comparison... i looked AUNTISH. ok so let me warn u my DADDY wilson... dont ever talk to me abt wad i wore that day!!! =X forbidden topic! LOL. yep. actually i don really care about being auntish.. cos my decision was WISE since countdowns are freaking hot!!

after the present passing and stuff, jx and i walked ot hans first to sit down and wait for darling jess.. after much much long long awaited moments the princess arrived. LOL. hahaha then she ate her food speedily. LOl. and of cos.. we joked and laffed like AUNTIES.. so loud!!! lol.. heck. its festive season so just enjoy! then after dinner it was 9plus already so we decided to check out the esplanade area.. GOSH. packed alr. so early and there were so many people setting up cams with tripods... sitting down to picnic.. and.. eat eat eat. lol. everywhere u go, u need to queue. includuding toilet!!! cant take it man.

so we wwalked and walked and i only rmb my feet ached like mad.. then since we couldnt find good spots at esplanade, we walked back! went to see cinema schedule. went to kbox to check price.. blahs!!! did alot of veryyyy unrelated to countdown stuff! then i rmb we were finding good scenes to snap snap! and jess wanted the road for herself so we help her take many nice fotos!! not forgetting to take ourselves(below)!

wah. i fast forward.. countdown time but nahhs we didnt hear the 10...9...8.. blah. boohoo. wad a failure! but fireworks was splendid!!!! sooo nicee i was like.. WHOO-ing away.. and gosh.. it was squeezy!! nonetheless worthwhile cos it made me feel that hey! new year is here!!

Thereafter we all waited for the crowd to disperse and we kinda trying to find out way out also.. it was drizzling but luckily it didnt rain if nt anywhere also no need to go!! so after some discussion, jess and i agreed to go PUbbing with JX!!! went to eski bar!!! nice nice nice! i mean the atmosphere.. ahhahaha we ordered our drinks! mine was screwdriver, jess was blue lagoon and jx's was comfort zone! LOL... tasted quite horrid but i love the entire pubbing session cos we played cards!!! like.. blackjack, cheat, and the ever so CHILDISH GAME.. UNO!!! hahah enjoyed the icy feeling but was freezing also!!!

waaa then towards the end jess and jx played this truth and dare thing cos they found that waiter.. some mix blood guy damn cute!! so okk.. tossed a coin!!! head means jess gtta ask him for his number.. if tails then jx!!! hahaha so exciting cos we played 3 games then 1st game, jess! 2nd game, jx! which means a TIE!! then 3rd game decides who has to ask.. and JX was the suay one!! LOL she really.. drink too much la.. so serious abt asking.. lol but cos suddenly we saw the waiter hugging this gal.. and we kinda thought.. maybe his gf so better.. siam!!! LOL then cheap thrill over! LOL.. haha below's my lovely.. screwdriver. got me really SCREWED!!!

so after our pubbing!!! jess was super urgent! so guess wad.. she suggested to walk back to fullerton hotel for toilet! clean and posh!! hahah and jx the ever so tired mother... went to the sofa at the lobby to... rockabye baby....ZZZ.. luckily she didnt.. if nt..i really... think the security would ring her mum up man!! LOL.. after all those fun and laughter, it was abt 4amplus.. really tired but we still managed to walk our way to lau pa sat!!

at lps, we ate our ever so yummy but too early breakfast! hahahha and talk talk talk.. Zzz... first time felt soo tIred... something like nt sleepIng on the plane... gosh. hahaha then walked to check mrt time! sooo late.. 630am then first train!! so no choice since jess taking bus, we waited at busstop for her bus to come first.. meanwhile we really tired to keep ourselves awake by singing~~~ lala. and... doing lame stuff.. talking crap? lol.

finally!!!! when jess bus came, she was so happy laa!! smiled like a CHIPMUNK!! hahah shud have posted the foto but im lazy.. LOl. then we bid goodbye and quickly made our way to mrt station. WHEE... reach Home and Plonk on my bed.. Zzz.. until 2plus in the afternoon!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!! LOVES, HUGS AND MISSES! (my kiss only for him ok so change it to misses..lol)
